PingGuests gives hosts, instructors, speakers, and organizers a simple dashboard for live announcements and a no-login page that updates in real time.

1. Create

Add an event name, optional host name, and optional description. PingGuests creates a human-readable event link immediately.

2. Share

Copy the guest link, use native share, or show the QR code so guests can open the page without creating an account.

3. Ping

Send preset or custom updates like cake time, Q&A starts now, break for 10 minutes, room changed, or ceremony starting. People see the latest message instantly.

Designed for temporary communication

Every event expires after 24 hours. The guest link stops working, expired pages show a clean expired state, and the event, messages, views, and likes are scheduled for deletion after expiration.
